EterSystem is a Beta Plan tabletop RPG administration tool for GMs and invited players. You are responsible for the content you add, admin permissions in your campaign, and any external links or images you include.

The player and NPC portal is accessed through an RPG alias and character password, without individual player accounts. The GM or campaign admin is responsible for deciding what data to add about invited players and for obtaining the necessary authorizations when minors or other people are represented in campaign content.

Avoid adding sensitive personal data or data about children and teenagers unless it is necessary, has an appropriate basis, and has guardian authorization when applicable.

This beta phase has no billing, Stripe, subscription, checkout, or billing portal. Non-super-admin accounts are limited to 5 RPGs, 10 players per RPG, and 10 NPCs per RPG to keep the service stable, and existing features may become part of paid plans after the beta.

There will be no automatic billing without checkout or explicit consent. Plan changes should be communicated before the paid phase, with an option to export, delete, or adjust data usage when applicable.

The service is in initial launch and may change, become unavailable, or require maintenance. Do not use EterSystem as the only copy of critical campaign content.

Account deletion removes personal data and admin links where possible, but shared campaign content may remain with other active admins to preserve RPG continuity.
