Send questions, privacy requests, removal requests, and security reports to alessandrofercost@gmail.com.

When requesting support, include the screen, affected RPG, approximate time, browser, and a clear description of what happened. Do not send portal passwords or tokens.

Security reports should include reproduction steps, observed impact, and approximate time. Do not send secrets, tokens, webhooks, or passwords in plain text; if sensitive material must be shared, ask for a secure channel first.

During beta, support is operated manually and may not respond immediately, but security and privacy reports receive priority triage.

The provisional public launch URL is https://etersystem.vercel.app. A custom domain is a future step.
